Nba Tickets - Final Four Lottery Mock

Now that most NBA prospects are out of the NCAA Tournament, here is my latest lottery mock draft. (Note: Draft order determined by record as of March 30th.)

New Jersey Nets – John Wall, Point Guard, Kentucky: It seems that no matter what team lands the number one pick, Wall will be the player taken. The Nets have Devin Harris, but he's had a rough season and would simply be traded if the team landed Wall. Wall is considered to be a can't-miss prospect that will sell tons of NBA tickets.

Minnesota Timberwolves – Evan Turner, Shooting Guard, Ohio State: Turner has done a lot to cement himself as the consensus number two player in the draft. As long as his back checks out medically, I'd be surprised to see anyone else taken second overall. If Minnesota lands the number two pick, it's pretty much a guarantee that they'll select Turner. They desperately need a true two-guard so they can slide Corey Brewer to his natural position of small forward. The team will probably look to trade either Al Jefferson or Kevin Love this summer as well.

Golden State Warriors – DeMarcus Cousins, Power Forward, Kentucky: I think most teams favor Cousins over Derrick Favors after the tourney, as Cousins produced and Favors did not. It doesn't necessarily mean Favors is going to be a bust, but he's just such an unknown due to Georgia Tech's lack of guard play. Cousins would be the third big player that the Warriors drafted in the past four drafts, but there is a growing sentiment that he can play center.

Washington Wizards – Wesley Johnson, Small Forward, Syracuse: Favors is an option, and the Wizards may go that way if they don't want to deal with Andray Blatche's character issues in the long term, but Johnson would be a better fit as far as how the roster is currently shaping up. Johnson is a versatile offensive threat with the capability to develop into an elite defender.

Detroit Pistons – Derrick Favors, Power Forward, Georgia Tech: This could end up being a huge steal for the Pistons. They need a big in the worst way and Favors could easily end up being the second-best player in this draft. He's an upside pick, but there's a lot to like.

Sacramento Kings – Ed Davis, Power Forward, North Carolina: Davis is a project, but I think his stock will increase once he works out for teams. He's already a defensive presence down low and he's shown a decent touch around the basket. I don't think the Kings consider Carl Landry a long-term option, but he's a nice placeholder that would allow them to develop Davis slowly.

Utah Jazz – Greg Monroe, Power Forward, Georgetown: Carlos Boozer is likely gone after the season and Monroe would fit in nicely on the Jazz. His versatility makes him a fit with Jerry Sloan's system and he could come in and backup Paul Millsap in the wake of Boozer's departure.

Philadelphia 76ers – Hassan Whiteside, Center, Marshall: Whiteside has a huge amount of potential and I think it's safe to say that the Sixers regret giving Samuel Dalembert his current contract. Whiteside has All-Star potential, but should develop into a Marcus Camby-type player at the very least.

Los Angeles Clippers – Al-Farouq Aminu, Small Forward, Wake Forest: The Clippers are in good shape at every position aside from small forward, so Aminu makes sense in that perspective. He's a boom-or-bust prospect that could end up being a tweener, but he's good value at this juncture.

New Orleans Hornets – Cole Aldrich, Center, Kansas: He's the safest pick at this point in the draft and could give the Hornets' frontcourt some depth. They need impact players now if they're going to convince Chris Paul this is a team worth sticking with.

Milwaukee Bucks – Patrick Patterson, Power Forward, Kentucky: Patterson found himself in a diminished role this season, but he's a solid big man that can give a team toughness down low and a decent offensive package. The Bucks could use a banger and Patterson fits the bill there.

Houston Rockets – Donatas Motiejunas, Power Forward, Lithuania: He's a project, but has a huge upside. He's yet another skilled frontcourt prospect with deep range and could develop into a player similar to Toronto's Andrea Bargnani.

Memphis Grizzlies – Eric Bledsoe, Point Guard, Kentucky: The Grizzlies are not completely sold on Mike Conley, and they also have depth issues. Bledsoe helps in both departments, as he could come in and contribute offensively off the bench right away and might turn into a long-term solution at the point. Avery Bradley could also be an option here.
