NJ Nets tickets first began to be sold in 1967, the year they were founded. At that time, they were a part of the American Basketball Association (ABA). They joined the NBA in 1976. After an initial shaky start, the team has been consistently improving. They made it to the NBA finals in 2002 and 2003. From then onwards they have made it to the playoffs every year.
Basic Facts
The Nets play in the Eastern Conference of the Atlantic Division. They don dark blue, white, red and silver in their uniforms. The New Jersey Nets play their home games at the Izod Center, which was formerly known as the Continental Airlines Arena.
Good Season
The Jerseys finally came into being in the 2001-2002 season. In 2001, they drafted the All-star guard Jason Kidd, who made an immediate impact. That year they recorded 52 wins, which was their best. In 2002, they won the Atlantic Division title and the Eastern Conference championship.The NJ Nets tickets suddenly came into demand.
In that very same season, they also made their first appearance in the NBA finals. Sophomore Kenyon Martin, Richard Jefferson, and Jason Kidd were the stars that time around. Kidd made it to the NBA’s top five list of all time for triple doubles. They defeated Indiana, Charlotte, and Boston on their way to the finals. But in the end, they lost to the Lakers in the finals. They reached the NBA finals again in 2003 but lost to the San Antonio Spurs. Ever since, they have been working hard to make the NJ Nets tickets worth the cost.

Under Head Coach Lawrence Frank, the Nets plan to take on the Milwaukee Bucks, Lakers, Dallas Mavericks, Indiana Pacers, Orlando Magic, and Chicago Bulls in the new season. Jamaal Magloire has joined the Nets, so things have only got better for the Nets.
