Jimmy Buffett Tickets - Final Bell Rings For Summerzcool, Signals Big Top Tour

Jimmy Buffett's never-ending Summerzcool Tour has finally come to a lull, but that doesn't mean the Parrothead-in-chief doesn't already have something up his sleeve for this summer. Buffett's nine-month recess known as the Summerzcool Tour came cruising to a halt on Feb. 27 in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., but the tropical singer/songwriter has already planned the escape route for his next nationwide jaunt.

Not skipping a beat after putting Summerzcool to rest in Ft. Lauderdale on Feb. 27 with encores "Nobody from Nowhere," "Brown Eyed Girl" and "Tin Cup Chalice" ending the show, Buffett immediately forged onward, giving Parrotheads a reason to rejoice (yeah, like they needed it) with the announcement of several dates on the newly-plotted Under the Big Top Tour. Lifting the tour name from the song "Under the Big Top" off his recently-released album Buffet Hotel, Buffett will begin his summer 2010 road-tripping gig in April, picking up right where he left off – in Florida.

Parrotheads in the Sunshine State are already lining up to get Jimmy Buffett tickets from StubHub to his April 24 concert in Tampa, Fla., as this show will jumpstart the 2010 Under the Big Top Tour in style. Bringing along his tropical crew of Coral Reefers like Nadirah Shakoor, Mac McAnally and Michael Utley, Buffett will sail across the country on yet another Caribbean-themed fiesta this spring and summer.

He remains one of the top touring acts in the nation year after year, and this year Parrotheads have something else to celebrate: Buffet Hotel. Buffett's most recently released album in 2009, Buffet Hotel is packed with several classic Buffett tales. The album has already seen songs like "Surfing in a Hurricane" and "A Lot to Drink About" receive critical acclaim, and now that Buffett has announced plans for a 2010 tour, the circus will most definitely ensue with his Under the Big Top Tour, coming soon to popular locations around the globe.
