Sceptile lvl 73- Leaf Storm, Frenzy Plant, Swagger, Energy Ball
Empoleon lvl 71- Hydro Cannon, Surf, Blizzard, Rain Dance
Blaziken lvl 67- Flare Blitz, Brave Bird, Sky Uppercut, Flamethower
Rhyperior lvl 66- Megahorn, Rock Wrecker, Stone Edge, Earthquake
Dragonite lvl 66- Draco Meteor, Fly, Earthquake, Outrage
Electivire lvl 42 (in training)- Thunder Punch, Discharge, Swift, Low Kick

Pretty good. When Electivire level's up a little, try teaching it the TM for Thunder. It would greatly improve it's attack. Rain Dance is USELESS! It's a waste of a turn for a little more power. I suggest replacing it with Drill Peck once you level it up some more. Also, try going to the Move Deleter to get rid of ALL the HM's. Add to many HM's to a Pokemon, and they become an "HM slave" which mean's you have no room for normal moves. Teach Sceptile Giga Drain, by using the TM or going to the Move Re-learner in Pastoria City. Give Empoleon Hydro Pump, instead of Surf. GIve Dragonite Iron Tail, instead of Fly. Good luck!
